Referral Credit Guidelines:
• Credits are issued only after the referred client has completed their tax preparation service and their payment has been fully processed.
• Referral credits will be added directly to the client portal and can be applied toward future tax preparation services.
• Credits will typically appear in your portal within 5-7 business days after the new client's payment clears and will remain in your account for 18 months from the date issued.
• All credits will be automatically applied to your next tax preparation service.
• Credits cannot be exchanged for cash and can be used toward eligible services.
• The referral program applies only to new clients (clients who have not previously worked with JB Financial Skills and Access for tax preparation).
• The bonus $150 credit for three referrals is applied once all three referred clients have completed and paid for their tax preparation services.
• Referral discounts for new clients apply to their first year only and are deducted at the time of service.
